Brockwell Park Winter Season Events Concession Contract

The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL) require a concessionaire with high levels of experience and knowledge to plan, promote and produce a series of annual winter events on Brockwell Park London in return for paying LBL a hire fee. The requirement is for the series of Winter events to hold between November and January, during the 4-year period commencing 2022, with a possible 1-year further extension. There is the opportunity to deliver a Fireworks style event for up to 40,000 people and a New Year’s Eve private hire event, alongside a winter lights activity This is for these months only and not for any other times of year Consideration will also be giving to bids from suitable consortia.
