Procurement of energy, water and the provision of associated contract management services

Genesis Housing Association Ltd (GHA) is putting in place a Framework Agreement for energy and water procurement and associated contract management services. The Framework Agreement is for use by, but not limited to housing associations, local authorities, councils, registered social landlords, arm’s length management organisation and other authorities covered by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Instructions to bidder:

Bidders must complete all sections in the ITT. Bidders who do not provide satisfactory responses to the pass/fail sections will be excluded from further consideration. Bidders who provide satisfactory responses to the pass/fail questions will be evaluated against a set of technical and quality questions. The scores from these questions will contribute 60% of the total score. Forty percent of the marks will be for price.
