The provision is for Total Facilities Management Services (TFM) across the Company’s Operational and Corporate Estates. The Company’s Operational Estate comprise of assets across circa 96 water treatment and 575 waste water treatment sites across the North West (Crewe to Carlisle). The Corporate Estate comprises of Lingley Mere, Whitehaven, Kent House (Kendal) and the London Office. The portfolio covered by this agreement covers in excess of 180,000 m2. As part of this tendering exercise the Company will award a agreement for the following: Lot 1 - Operational Estate Lot 2 - Corporate Estate Lot 3 - Whole Estate (Operational and Corporate Estate Combined) The Company will award both Lot 1 and Lot 2 OR Lot 3. Facilities and agreement management services are broken down into 4 areas;: • Managed Services (for the service requirements only) • Hard Services • Soft Services • Capital Projects
