The Council is seeking to create a Framework, covering variable LOTS, that share a theme of FM repair & maintenance works.
Details of all the LOTS, and tender documentation can be sourced within. The 'Headline' detail of the nine LOTS associated with the proposed Framework are:-

Lot 2 – Passenger & Goods Lifts
Lot 3 – Mechanical, Heating, Gas & Plumbing Services
Lot 4 – Roller Shutters, Powered Closers & Automatic Doors
Lot 5 – Air Conditioning, Chillers and Refrigerant Gases
Lot 6 – Electrical Services
Lot 7 – CCTV Systems
Lot 8 – Intruder Alarm Systems
Lot 9 – Roofing Maintenance
