Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit-out Requirements for the Hull: Yorkshire’s Maritime City Project, Kingston upon Hull
The Authority is seeking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the Main Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit-out Requirements for the Hull: Yorkshire's Maritime City project ('Maritime Project'), Kingston upon Hull.
The Exhibition and Museum Interpretative Fit outs are required at three major sites, i.e. the Hull Maritime Museum (HMM), the North End Shipyard (NES), and the Arctic Corsair trawler (AC). It is intended that the successful supplier for the Fit-out requirements specified will be appointed as soon as possible in early 2024, with the delivery of the contract requirements and services commencing during February 2024 for a duration of 18 months to complete July 2025.
The Fit-out requirements are split into three parts:
Part 1 - MAIN Exhibition Fit out requirements
Part 2 - AVIT Software Production requirements
Part 3 - Artwork Graphics Production requirements
The Authority is seeking to appoint a single, Principal Contractor, to provide all requirements for all three Parts, either directly or via the use of appropriately qualified and experienced sub-contractors.
