Jisc is in the marketplace to replace the existing multiple instances of ServiceDesk tools with a single ITSM platform to deliver all customer and internal services. This will include industry standard and best practise functionality for asset management. This procurement and subsequent implementation is part of a wider vision to implement an operations centre and single customer contact solution.
