HS1 LIMITED (trading as London St. Pancras Highspeed) is seeking to invite suitable service providers (“Tenderers”) to participate in a tender exercise for the procurement of Legal Services (“the Services”). The call for competition is via this PQQ followed by an ITT (for qualifying Tenderers). The indicative timetable for the procurement is given in the attached pdf (see Table 1 on page 7). This PQQ has been designed to assess the suitability of a Tenderer to deliver London St. Pancras Highspeed’s contractual requirements for this service. If your organisation is successful at this stage of the procurement process, you will be selected for the subsequent Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) stage of the process. This PQQ is being issued by London St. Pancras Highspeed in connection with a negotiated procurement conducted under the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016.
