Short description

HS1 LIMITED (trading as London St. Pancras Highspeed) is seeking to invite suitable service providers (“Tenderers”) to participate in a tender exercise for the procurement of Legal Services (“the Services”).
The call for competition is via this PQQ followed by an ITT (for qualifying Tenderers). The indicative timetable for the procurement is given in the attached pdf (see Table 1 on page 7).
This PQQ is being issued by London St. Pancras Highspeed in connection with a negotiated procurement conducted under the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016.
All key dates for the process are provided along with instructions, within the attached PQQ pdf, along with Annex A (the spreadsheet provided), which needs to be populated for those that wish to take part in this procurement. Please read the attached pdf first as that provides a summary of London St. Pancras Highspeed's service requirement and all instructions.

Owing to a delay in finalising the ITT document, the ITT will be published a week later than originally planned, therefore it will go live via the portal on Monday 14th April rather than Monday 7th April.
The deadline for the PQQ submission is therefore being extended to 17:00 on Wednesday 9th April giving tenderers the opportunity to review / check their PQQ submission and ensure there are no responses missing.
