Invitation to Tender Ref: ECH 754 Supply of composite doors and fire doors 

Oakleaf Commercial Services is pleased to invite interested suppliers to tender the supply of composite doors and fire doors as set out in the Specification.

This invitation is in two parts. Part A provides a questionnaire and the minimum requirements that you must achieve to be considered. Please read this document and complete it in full if you are able to meet all of the requirements set out. Part B will only be assessed if your submission to part A meets all of the minimum requirements. Please therefore only complete part B if you are confident that you have met all the requirements of part A. For absolute clarity this procurement is an open tender. Part A and B is the tender and both parts must be completed in full and returned.
