Commissioners from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC), Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, supported by colleagues from Staffordshire District/Borough Authorities, are intending to tender fro a domestic abuse service which operates on an entire Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent footprint. This will include differing tiers of provision for victims, perpetrators and their families across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
