The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Staffordshire, supported by Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council is tendering for a domestic abuse support service which will operate across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The aim is to commission an effective, consistent, coherent and co-ordinated domestic abuse service for potential victims, potential perpetrators, children and families, victims, perpetrators, children and families, businesses and communities. The model comprises three service elements:
- Prevention (Tier 1);
- Early Intervention (Tier 2);
- Targeted Support (Tier 3 and Tier 4).
