The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire wishes to establish either a single or multi-Provider Contract for the provision of mobile automatic number plate recognition (“ANPR”) equipment for Lincolnshire Police vehicles and Lincolnshire East Midlands Operational Support Service (“EMOpSS”) vehicles. This requirement will be split into two Lots.

This procurement process will be run under the EU Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Please see attached “Doc 1 – ITT Summary” document for further information. You will need to login and click on the “Accept” button to express your interest and gain access to the remaining Invitation to Tender documents. The deadline for submitting a tender for this requirement will be 1200 GMT on Monday 4th September 2017.
