Short description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire wishes to establish either a single or multi-Provider Contract for the provision of mobile automatic number plate recognition (“ANPR”) equipment for Lincolnshire Police vehicles and Lincolnshire East Midlands Operational Support Service (“EMOpSS”) vehicles. This requirement will be split into two Lots with one provider being appointed per Lot.

Additional information

The PCC has decided to discontinue this procurement and will commence a new procurement for its contract requirements for a Mobile ANPR Solution later in the year. During the scoring process of the tender submissions, it became apparent that there were some elements of the Invitation to Tender documents that were not as robust as they could be.
