This Procurement is for the provision of Parking Enforcement, Environmental Services, and other Services. The Council has a statutory duty to enforce parking within the borough and ensure our network of roads remains free from congestion and is safe for all road users. As part of this duty, the Council enforces parking restrictions with our on-street Civil Enforcement Officers as well as moving traffic regulations and bus lanes throughout the borough via the use of CCTV
