Short description
The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Development Partner to bring forward delivery of Somerleyton Road Phase 2 scheme through a Development Agreement.
The development is a major residential-led, mixed use regeneration scheme in the Centre of Brixton.
Planning Permission was obtained in 2017 (ref: 15/07308/FUL). Phase 1 of the development was successfully completed in February 2022.
Phase 2 is likely to deliver more than 320 units.
The Council requires a net-zero development, minimum of 50 extra care units, and most importantly to maximise affordable housing delivery.
The Development Partner is expected to deliver a range of social value and robust community engagement that help support the social and economic needs of the local community.
