Lambeth Council is procuring an Approved Provider List (APL) for Adult Learning Services in the borough of Lambeth. Providers who are successful in their tender to join the APL will have the opportunity to tender for mini competitions (call offs). Please note that there is no guarantee of work. The initial contract term is for five years, with the option for a two year extension. The APL will be reopened every two years. The Council is looking for high quality, training providers to deliver a diverse range of adult and community learning courses, including: Pre-employment training run for specific employers recruiting to live vacancies, Response to Redundancy programmes to upskill and reskill people into new jobs, Sector Based Work Academies, accredited qualifications in English, Maths, ESOL, Digital and vocational training in priority sectors in the borough and a broad range of non-accredited learning provision that will improve our residents’ skills, confidence and wellbeing.

Description of the procurement

Lambeth Council is seeking to procure an Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Adult Learning Services in the borough of Lambeth. Organisations wishing to Tender need to demonstrate that they have experience in delivering Adult and or Community Learning services or similar and have achieved high level results and have experience and expertise in engaging and supporting learners from the priority groups identified by Lambeth. Organisations must have the capacity, resource and expertise to deliver this service within Lambeth. The service will be delivered by well trained, professional staff.
The anticipated contract start date is the 15th February 2020.

The London borough of Lambeth reserves the right not to consider any tender submissions after the deadline or make an award. Bidders should assume that any later tender submissions will be rejected.
