Description of the procurement

Conservation Architect Lead Consultant required to assemble a specialist team to lead Lambeth Council through the specification-writing, tendering and contract management of conservation, repair and building works at West Norwood Cemetery. Specialist requirements include Conservation Architecture, Project Coordination and Landscape Architecture. The scope of works extend to the conservation of St Stephens Chapel, 16 ‘Heritage At Risk’ monuments, boundary wall repair works, two new entrances and Visitor Centre renovation and new-build-extension.
