The London Borough of Lambeth’s contract for managing The Rookery will provide for a comprehensive management and maintenance service based on the provision of a high quality horticultural standard and added social value. Tenderers are invited to submit an unconditional tender for the contract, which includes their proposals for delivering the council’s service requirements. Tenderers are encouraged to maximise income opportunities arising from the site in order to minimise the cost of the contract.
