The delivery of frozen food to all Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Councils school kitchens, Country Parks, Clifton Park and residential homes. A summary of the feedback received from sites across Rotherham is provided below, the intention via this further competition is to address these specific needs and requirements to ensure an enhanced service is provided to accommodate all sites. The below requirements are required: Flexible deliveries including Saturdays, 7 days a week if required and bank holidays. Ability to order with no more than 2/3 days lead time. Wide range of product availability with the ability to respond to changing menus. Consistent product quality with a prompt customer service response to any quality issues. Ability to order smaller quantities and high volumes, no minimum order quantities. Strong consistent stock availability, any issues with stock promptly communicated with alternatives offered. Goods to be delivered to the site locations as specified and not left at any other alternative location unless directly communicated in writing by the customer. Account manager and customer service response provided and responsive, with clear lines of communication and escalation to address issues. Delivery drivers and vans to be clean, hygienic, and meeting all health and safety expectations. Ability to place orders electronically via Cypad or formatted email. Suppliers will be expected to be able to meet a variety of dietary options including (but not limited to) gluten free, vegan and halal.
