PRO004357 - PRO004357-Services-Framework-Network Monitoring

The quote/tender has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

Dynamic network management (DNM) delivers a systems thinking capability to our drainage area teams. To put it simply it collects data from our assets, third party assets and the environment. Real time transfer of that data to a central location. Application of descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics to identify any deviations in the system that are likely to result in a loss of volume the network. The ultimate goal to understand the complete network, its constituent parts within the broader system and how we ensure it delivers exceptional services to customers whilst protecting the environment. In order to achieve this vision by 2022 UU will need to deploy c. 20,000 monitors into the sewer network including monitoring the performance of c. 3,000 pumping stations. The monitored points would be the following: Rain Gauge Sewer Level Monitor CSO Pumping Stations Simple Monitoring Pumping Stations Advanced Monitoring Pumping Stations Pro-Active Monitorig Detention Tank Pumped Return (offline) Detention Tank (in sewer) Storm Water Tank (WwTW) United Utilities is exploring new ways of working with suppliers in acquiring such data and less traditional commercial models – to that end, information is requested from suppliers who have the ability/experience in delivering some or all of the above data in a Data as a Service (DaaS) model.
