Development through seed-funding of a Centre for Independent Living (CIL) that will enhance the wellbeing and independence of disabled people in Camden. Combined with the seed-funding the Council is looking to award contract funding to the same user-led organisation(s) for the CIL to deliver a learning disabilities experts by experience service.
