WCC/PROP/0002 PIN - Roof Replacement Framework Agreement for Winchester Housing Stock

Winchester City Council is considering establishing a multi-contractor framework for roofing works to support the maintenance and repair of rooves on its tenanted housing stock. It is envisaged that any framework established, will be called off against an agreed schedule of rates, over a 4 year period. The Council is considering a (virtual) pre-tender market engagement event on or around 18.1.2021. The aims of the sessions will be for the Council to share potential approaches and allow questions and answers about the potential process. If you would like to participate, please confirm the name of your nominated representative to procurement@winchester.gov.uk or via the tender portal by 14.01.2021. Questions and answers from the event will be made available to all attendees and anyone interested in any resultant tender exercise. This is not a call for competition but an information event only and does not guarantee any opportunity at this point or participation in any future potential tender.
