Short description

Winchester City Council is considering establishing a multi-contractor framework for roof replacement works on its tenanted housing stock. It is envisaged that any framework established, will be called off against an agreed schedule of rates, over a 4 year period. The Council may hold a virtual pre-tender market engagement event on or around 18.1.2021, where it will share potential approaches and allow questions and answers about any process. Outputs will be made available to all. If you would like to participate, please confirm the names and email addresses of your representatives to procurement@winchester.gov.uk by 17.1.21. This is not a call for competition but an information event only and does not guarantee any opportunity at this point or participation in any future potential tender. Any tender exercise will require further free registration through the Council’s tender portal. The Council reserves the right not to proceed with any competition or referred to in this notice.
