WCC/PROP/0002 - FRAMEWORK AGREMENT FOR REPLACEMENT ROOF WORKS

TENDER FOR REPLACEMENT ROOF WORKS (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) WCC/PROP/0002
You are invited to participate in a tender for the above, in accordance with the instructions and specifications held within the tender documents and in the original Contract Notice.
The Contract Notice for this tender was advertised by Winchester City Council, via the Find a Tender portal and Contracts Finder, in accordance with the terms of the UK Public Contracts Regulaitons 2015.
This tender is being conducted as a Restricted process and as such you should register and complete the Selection Quesitonnaire (SQ) within the tender portal and the stated timeframes to be considered for this opportunity. All SQ applications should be submitted via the CTM Website by 12:00 (Midday) on 9 August 2021.
Following evalution, those sucessfully shortlisted at Stage will be invited to submit a tender in line with the indicative procurement timetable.

Following conclusion of tender evalautions and standstill, the successfull contracts will be required to enter into a Framework Agreement with the council via a modifed JCT Framework form of contract, incorporating documents stated within the tender documents.
