UKAEA requires primarily a Grounds maintenance contract, which includes the following associated Estates Services. • Routine Grounds Maintenance services of campus, including sports facilities(s) and internal planting • Minor and Major Arboricultural works, including surveying. • Pest Control Services – Routine, Reactive and expert Pest Control Advice • Advice on Biodiversity and Sustainability through Campus visits and subsequent reports, including Net Gain Banking • Landscape Design and Schemes work. • Sedum ‘Green Roof’ maintenance
