St Leger Homes is seeking a provider to promote, manage and administer a Cycle Hire and Accessories salary sacrifice scheme which will be accessible to employees of SLHD aged 18 or over.
St Leger Homes require a healthcare provider (referred to in the tender documents as ‘the Supplier’) to provide a healthcare plan for its employees. The current healthcare plan Contract is due to expire on 31st March 2025. St Leger Homes would like to continue to offer staff access to a Healthcare plan, which is designed to help employees pay for their day to day healthcare and access to other benefits such as counselling and physiotherapy.
St Leger Homes is seeking a provider to implement, manage and promote an Employee Benefits Platform that will provide discount offerings and a reward and recognition element that will contribute to employee satisfaction, increase performance and productivity as well as employee retention. The platform to encompass: • Employee Discounts scheme • Reward and Recognition functionality • Salary Sacrifice offerings (excluding employee cycle hire)
