St Leger Homes of Doncaster (SLHD) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers(s) to deliver a competitive range of flexible benefits to employees. This contract is being broken into lots:
• Lot 1 – Employee Healthcare Plan
• Lot 2 – Employee Cycle Hire
• Lot 3 – Employee Benefits Platform
An organisation can bid for one or all lots. Suppliers can win one or all lots.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st April 2025 for lots 1 & 3 and 9th April 2025 for lot 2 and run for an initial period of 3 years. There is an option to extend the contract on no more than 2 (two) occasions for up to 12 (twelve) months on each occasion (3+1+1) at the sole discretion of St Leger Homes of Doncaster.

Description of the procurement

St Leger Homes of Doncaster (SLHD) require a healthcare provider (referred to in the tender documents as ‘the Supplier’) to provide a healthcare plan for its employees. The current healthcare plan Contract is due to expire on 31st March 2025. St Leger Homes would like to continue to offer staff access to a Healthcare plan, which is designed to help employees pay for their day to day healthcare and access to other benefits such as counselling and physiotherapy.
