To undertake specified improvement and upgrade works to High Street, Kingston upon Hull: Public Realm improvements to High Street between Liberty Lane and Blackfriargate. Works include surveys and site investigations, creation of high quality public realm including footway and carriageway improvements, new raised table level crossing, improved pedestrian and cycling accessibility, soft landscaping, public art and heritage interpretation, lighting and street furniture.
