Description of the procurement

Hull City Council (the Authority) has appointed Eric Wright Civil Engineering Limited for the delivery of Public Realm to undertake specified improvement and upgrade works to High Street, Kingston upon Hull: Public Realm improvements to High Street between Liberty Lane and Blackfriargate. The opportunity was advertised from YorCivils3 Framework using Direct Award within Lot 1. The Contract is from 7th April 2025 until 11 August 2025. The estimated Contract value is £524,807.74 .
Works include surveys and site investigations, creation of high quality public realm including footway and carriageway improvements, new raised table level crossing, improved pedestrian and cycling accessibility, soft landscaping, public art and heritage interpretation, lighting and street furniture.
