Dear Bidder,  

You are invited to tender a fixed price quote for the roofing works at Chapel Allerton Primary School Harrogate Road,Leeds LS7 3DP

The scope of the work involves:

The project is for: Replacing roofs R12, R15, R16 on the main building.

The scope of the work involves:

  • Strip off existing metal sheet roof and replace with ‘Britmet’ type roofing system to R11 & part section R8
  • Supply and install tanking product as phase 1 to existing flat roof R4 adjacent to R11 re-roofing works
  • Remove existing guttering and downpipes and replace them with new seamless aluminium.

 

Project Programme/Key Dates

 

  • Project Lead-in Period: 3 weeks
  • Estimated Commencement of Works on Site: 22nd July 2024
  • Estimated Completion Date: 30th August 2023
  • This is a 6-week

We ask that bidders to include within their tender returns:

  • Advice on any extended lead times for materials, if applicable.

Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return.  The works will be managed under a JCT minor works contract 2016 with amendments.
