The project is for: Replacing roofs R12, R15, R16 on the main building. 
 
The scope of the work involves: 

• Strip off existing metal sheet roof and replace with ‘Britmet’ type roofing system to R11 & part section R8 • Supply and install tanking product as phase 1 to existing flat roof R4 adjacent to R11 re-roofing works 
• Remove existing guttering and downpipes and replace them with new seamless aluminium.
