Invitation to Tender for Medical Device Maintenance

Anticipated period of agreement: 1st August 2018 – 31st July  2020 with two 12 month optional extension for a maximum 24 month period until 31^st July 2022

Tenders are invited subject to the terms of this letter, in accordance with the NHS General Terms and Conditions ,and  of the goods and services detailed in the Specification (Schedule 5a).

 The Trust does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender and reserves the right to accept a Tender either in whole or in part, each item being for this purpose treated as offered separately. The Trust reserves the right to award contracts for the supply of Medical Device Maintenance described above and arising out of this procurement process to more than one supplier.
