TENDER FOR CONCESSION CONTRACTS FOR ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP ON HIGHWAY RELATED ASSETS (LOTS 1 – 3)

The Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced concessionaires who are able to provide evidence of having delivered concessions in the following Highway related assets Lots or similar services:

 

 

 

                              i.        Small format advertising (digital & non-digital)

 

                             ii.        Large format advertising (digital & non-digital)

 

                            iii.        Advertising on Lamp Post Columns (lamp post banners)

This is an open tender process which means there will be no pre-selection. The Standard Selection Questionnaire will need to be completed through EU-Supply and will provide the Contracting Authority with essential information on the potential supplier. Only information from the winning bidder of each Lot will be verified and checked prior to the contract award.

NOTE: Tenderers may submit tenders for multiple Lots.

 

 

 

Tenders will be received at the EU-supply e-tendering system and will be accepted up to 12 noon on 28 January 2021. All tenders will be securely retained and unopened until then.
