Mental Health Supported Living - Mental Health Supported Living for Adults

This procurement is regarding four services which form part of Camden's mental health supported accommodation pathway; North Camden, South Camden, Bayham Street and Adamson Road. These services in the pathway support adults with severe mental illness (SMI) to enhance daily living skills in order to enable independent living in the future. Through supporting adults with SMI transition to independent living, the proposed strategy will contribute to the achievement of our communities’ Camden 2025 ambitions, that by 2025, everyone in Camden should have a place to call home, and be able to live a healthy, independent life. This also supports the vision set out in Our Camden Plan, for Camden to be a place “…where everyone can lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives”, and by extension supports the call to action that “no one should experience discrimination or be made to feel ashamed or isolated because of a mental health problem”. It will also embed our Supporting People, Connecting Communities strategy’s commitment to strengths-based working.
