Short description

The London Borough of Camden are seeking to procure four services which form part of Camden's mental health supported accommodation pathway; Mental Health Supported Living – North, Mental Health Supported Living - South, Mental Health Supported Living - Bayham Street and Mental Health Supported Living - Adamson Road. These services support adults with severe mental illness (SMI) who are unable to live independently. The services will enhance daily living skills in order to enable independent living in the future. The proposed strategy will contribute to Camden 2025 where everyone in Camden should have a place to call home, and be able to live a healthy independent life. All contract values contain an element of individual service fund (ISF)

Description of the procurement

This Lot (Mental Health Supported Living Service - North) is being procured using the Regime for Social and Other Specific Services as described in Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement procedure is similar to a competitive procedure with negotiation in that it includes an element of negotiation. This process will have three stages, an selection stage, initial submission stage including a meeting with providers and final submission stage. Only providers shortlisted with be invited to a meeting with a view to enable the Council to improve the final tender responses and shape the final service delivery model. This Lot comprises of 15 High support and 34 Low support places for Camden residents. This Lot is delivered across several properties in the northern part of the London Borough of Camden. The procurement procedure used for this Lot differs from the procedure used for Lot 3 and Lot 4. Please refer to the Instruction to tender and the service specification for more details
