I am pleased to invite you to express an interest in the above tender by completing and submitting a Selection Questionnaire. 

Enclosed on the EU Supply Portal is the embedded Selection Questionnaire along with supplementary quality method statements for completion, information and guidance. This can be found in the "Access Documents" area of the Portal. 

Any question(s) in the Selection Questionnaire which requires a signature must be printed off by the Tenderer, signed in the appropriate manner and scanned. The Tenderer must upload the scanned signature page(s) with their submission into the relevant folder. 

ALL communication with the Procurement Department should be directed through the messaging section in the EU Supply Portal.
