HS1 2024-206 - HS1 Long-term Rail Passenger Demand Forecast

To assist medium and long-term planning, HS1 Ltd requires a long-term passenger demand forecast. It also wishes to improve its insights into the factors that influence this forecast and understand better their impact, with robust market studies. This RFP is below UCR threshold.
