UOE/2019/025 - Provision of a Recruitment Agency Service for the Supply of Temporary Workers and a Temporary Resourcing System

The quote/tender has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

In order to support the University’s requirements for temporary workers there is a need to engage a supplier that will provide a standalone system that the internal resourcing team can utilise to manage University temporary resources and also utilise to engage staff through the agency itself if roles cannot be filled internally. There is a requirement for both the software and service to meet the University’ needs with regards to the provision of effective, efficient and legally compliant processes for engaging and paying temporary workers. The service and system will need to support the recruitment and administration of casual and temporary resources from sourcing to payment will need to support improved and more efficient services to our hiring and approving managers and our workers, providing a seamless service for users of the system regardless of how they are sourced. 3.1 We are looking for a supplier to provide both an agency service and a standalone system to support us in managing University temporary resources and also sourcing temporary workers that will enable the University to deliver improved, standardised and best practice business processes across the temporary worker activity. We are again keen to understand any functional solutions within Bidders’ offering that may to aid this.
