Short description

In order to support the University’s requirements for temporary workers there is a need to engage a supplier that will provide a standalone system that the internal resourcing team can utilise to manage University temporary resources and also utilise to engage staff through the agency itself if roles cannot be filled internally. There is a requirement for both the software and service to meet the University’ needs with regards to the provision of effective, efficient and legally compliant processes for engaging and paying temporary workers.
We are looking for a supplier to provide both an agency service and a standalone system to support us in managing University temporary resources and also sourcing temporary workers that will enable the University to deliver improved, standardised and best practice business processes across the temporary worker activity.

Description of the procurement

Sourcing of temporary workers (Admin/Clerical, Professional Services, Retail, Catering, Grounds Maintenance/Ancillary and highly skilled specialist professions (such as IT and Estates Services roles). managing payments for staff who are sourced directly by the agency service. reporting on performance against service level agreements. The University will consider a Master Vendor or Neutral Vendor arrangement. We are looking for a supplier to provide both an agency service and a standalone system to support us in managing University temporary resources and also sourcing temporary workers that will enable the University to deliver improved, standardised and best practice business processes across the temporary worker activity.
