The procurement of a new IT system to support the administration of casual and temporary resources from sourcing to payment will need to support improved and more efficient services to our hiring and approving managers and our workers, providing a seamless service for users of the system regardless of how they are sourced. The solution provider will both implement the solution and work alongside us throughout the project, to help us maximise the benefits of the solution.
Sourcing temporary workers (Admin/Clerical, Professional Services, Retail, Catering, Grounds Maintenance/ancillary & highly skilled specialist professions, such as IT & Estates Services roles) • Managing the payments for staff who are sourced directly by the agency service • Reporting on performance against service level agreements. The University will consider a Master Vendor or Neutral Vendor arrangement.
