Description of the procurement
The procurement of a new SaaS IT system to support the administration of casual and temporary resources from sourcing to payment will need to support improved and more efficient services to our hiring and approving managers and our workers, providing
a seamless service for users of the system regardless of how they are sourced. The solution provider will both implement the solution and work alongside us throughout the project, to help us maximise the benefits of the solution.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

We are looking for a Bidder who can support the University through the following project stages: Design (Workshops), Build (Functional/ Technical Specs), Testing (Unit/SIT/ UAT), Change Management – support in identifying new ways of working to maximise solution benefits, Training, Implementation, Post-implementation support (Warranty, 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support) and Hosting.

directly by the agency service • Reporting on performance against service level agreements. The University will consider a Master Vendor or Neutral Vendor arrangement.
