Ech 1022 - LB Havering Roofing Works Contract

The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Contractors to deliver a programme of planned roofing under a 5-year JCT Measured Term Contract (with a schedule of amendments). The estimated annual value of the Contract is £1.65m, giving a total estimated Contract value of £8.25m over the five years. However, there is potential for the value to increase to a maximum of £18m over the Contract Term. The works will include a range of roofing types and systems plus associated works including fascias, soffits and rainwater goods plus PV/solar panels. Works will be delivered under a blend of archetype, SOR and quotation-based pricing. LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement process under the Public Contracts Regulations. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire and Quality Schedule. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH anticipates inviting a maximum of 7 bidders to Tender under the second stage of the process.
