Wandle is inviting expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to enter into a new Managed Service Agreement, to provide management, ICT and infrastructure support to its DLO. Management of the DLO is currently in respect of delivering responsive repairs and void works, but Wandle is keen to explore in the future, options to extend the scope of the Managed Service to managing - for example - planned works, cyclical works and estate services such as grounds maintenance and cleaning.
As well as managing Wandle's in-house DLO, the Managed Service Provider will be directly responsible for delivering sub-contracted works, providing fleet and associated services and for the provision of materials.
