Dear Prospective Participant
Advance Housing is seeking expressions of interest to deliver grounds maintenance and gardening service to all sites under its operation across 8 geographically defined Lots. The Contract will run for a maximum of 10 years per Lot: an initial contract term of 5 years with the option to extend by one-year periods up to five times thereafter.
