We are seeking a grounds maintenance and gritting contractor to cover Cheshire Police and Fire locations. The contractor will be expected, as a minimum, to cut grass, prune trees/hedges, weed, lawn care and planting trees/shrubs/flower beds. The contractor will be required to monitor weather conditions/temperature and grit certain areas/locations when required. It is the intention to award the new contract for a period of three [3] years with the option to extend for a further two [2] periods of twelve [12] months. Please note, this ITT is constructed as an online questionnaire. While there are files in the document folder, the ITT requirements are contained within the online questionnaire. You will need to work through the online ITT questionnaire and submit your response against that.
