Provision for the supply of PSU combined Riding Helmets and additional Equestrian Equipment
BlueLight Commercial is working in collaboration with UK police forces to develop a Helmet for Mounted officers that combines the requirements of the current PSU and riding helmets. It is intended to carry out market engagement in relation to the following areas: 1. PSU combined Riding Helmet – Development required of a Helmet that is appropriate for equestrian activity and caters for the associated risks, such as, a fall from height, married to the essential protection from hand thrown missiles and manual attack weapons.

Submissions must be made via the EU Supply Portal The engagement day will be at Thames Valley Police Mounted Section and interested parties are to use the eTendering ePortal link to register attendance. Places will be restricted to one representative per organisation.
