583-PIN - Prime Contractor for Police Logistical Movement of Staff at the G7 Summit 2021

The G7 World Leaders Summit is taking place between 11-13th June 2021 at Carbis Bay, St.Ives, Cornwall, U.K. The responsibility of policing this event falls to Devon & Cornwall Police. The Police Logistics Team are seeking a Contractor to act Primary Event Manager responsible for the delivering the logistical movement of staff during the G7 event. Proven past performance including technical capabilities and evidence of economic and financial standing for the following high level (but not limited to) services delivered across multiple secure sites; Movement of Approximately 3000 personnel during 24/7 period Hire and reward (supply) of vehicles, Supply of relevant signage Traffic Management Liaising with local authorities This opportunity will be dynamic, evolving and challenging.
