Emotional Support and Advocacy Service
The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Thames Valley requires the provision of an Emotional Support and Advocacy (ESA) Service for use by adult victims and witnesses (referred to henceforth as ‘victims’) affected by criminal behaviour and, in certain circumstances, anti-social behaviour.
