OS&E 004 - The Provision of a Service for the Kennelling of Seized Dogs
The requirement is for a Contract for the Kennelling of Dangerous and Prohibited Dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 as detailed in this specification; and also any other dogs that are seized under other powers, such as stray dogs. The Authority is seeking to appoint a number of kennels to cover the geographical regions of the West Midlands Police Force area.
The appointed kennels(s) will be used as and when required should all of the kennels appointed to cover Lot 1 be unable to accept any further dogs.
