AFRS-ITT/05-2016-01 - Building Services - Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Contract

Avon Fire Authority is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Maintenance and Repairs of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for all its premises which includes 23 sites (some with multiple buildings) and one private dwelling. The contract will be for a three year period with an option for the Authority to extend the contract by a further 2 years (1 + 1) at its discretion.
